Fear of Facing - August 10 (and July 27 recording)

If you missed Part 1, register and we will send you a recording of July 27.

August 10: There are many things we fear facing, but none so scary as the truth. I invite you to join me Wednesday, August 10 to share and discuss the 9 steps to process life and how love can help us move through the fear of facing the truth about ourselves.

Truth is a paradox because it is both subjective and objective.  But the real fear is facing the truth about ourselves. From rationalizations to denial, we have a myriad of defenses that keep us from the truth we need to face about our shadows and greatness.

July 27:  When you’re procrastinating, leaving the moment, or avoiding certain life situations—

You may be acting on an agreement or belief from long ago that being in or facing certain situations equals pain, hurt, lack, loss, shame, guilt, failure, some inadequacy on your part, or even worthlessness.

This is a young belief, and there is a way to overcome the Fear of Facing other than using the emotions of anger and resentment, last-minute guilt, or shame.

Why am I doing this talk series? For over 35 years, I’ve been teaching different workshops, lectures, and classes to corporations, individuals, groups, and parents. Inevitably, I get frustrated when questions arise that I don’t have the time to answer in the depth that may be needed to truly understand, change, or make a new agreement with a behavior.

With that in mind, I decided to start a Wednesday Evening Lecture and Dialogue Series to take a deeper dive into the skills and tools that help us manage this life and bring awareness to the source of the issue, where the disconnection began, and how to reconnect. I would like to share how to find true balance and alignment internally and outside of ourselves. Most importantly, I want to share how to feed our true nature to build a strong spiritual and soulful immune system so that unhealthy beliefs and habits don’t take such a solid hold of us.

I hope you can join me.
