The Real Freshmen High School Orientation (for Boys)

Years ago, I asked each of my children what information they needed to enter and manage high school. Their answers were all consistent—Sex, Drugs, Reputation, and Bullies.

Now that I have grandchildren, I ask them the same questions, and the answers are the exact same—How do I deal with the pressures of sex, drugs, fitting in, and the people who try to manipulate, make fun of, or bully me?

Many of my students are now entering into their freshman year of high school and they will have to face and manage each of these real-life issues.

I have put together a three-session program for those identifying as young men and entering high school to discuss these issues in a way that the school does not address… truthfully, with real-life answers and ways to face these fears and find the courage to make healthy decisions and still have a reputation that doesn’t label them as weak or be passively rejected.

Most of you know me or the work that André Salvage and Associates has done over the years with young men and women. I think we all know that these skills are important, and I appreciate you trusting me with your son on how this information will be delivered.
