Contrary to popular belief, there is no one “correct” way to meditate and it is not as difficult as we make it out to be. The keys are to find a meditation that works for you, let go of the judgment that you are “not doing it correctly,” and be at peace with what your mind does or doesn’t do.

There is a way to experience the stillness that is an inherent part of us all and touch that gentle bliss that I believe is our most natural state of being.

In my own practice of meditation, I have found nature offers a gentle and natural way to find this stillness.
