Embracing and Facing Loss and Grief

I have heard from several people asking me the question of whether this workshop will involve other aspects of loss that are not based upon the recent and  ongoing pandemic.

The short answer is yes.
 
This workshop is designed to discuss and share how to find your own particular journey through any loss, whether it is the ultimate loss of death or the loss of a treasured item. We will focus on:

• The misconception of stages 
• Letting go of the arbitrary timeline imposed upon grief
• Finding your unique journey forward
• How to remotivate yourself into life
• Remembering to notice the collateral beauty and love

One of the more devastating byproducts of this pandemic is loss. The loss of freedom, the sense of control, certain traditions and normality’s, and the loss of those we know and love.

Loss brings grief, and grief is an individual journey we need to experience. If not processed in a healthy way, these losses can lead to additional anxiety, lack of motivation, and depression.

There are no formulaic stages that work for everyone. In this 2 part workshop, André Salvage will share reminders, principles, and practices to help you move forward and open up to all emotions by embracing loss and grief in your own unique way.
