This is a Level 2 workshop and prior workshop or class experience is mandatory. This class will be led by our senior female instructor, Katie Sasso, with support from other staff and "Quincys."
The target audience for this workshop is 12, 13 and 14 year-old girls who have attended a workshop or course with us this year. Parents are welcome to return and watch the final 30 minutes of the workshop.
Once you know how to stop an unarmed assailant, the next step is to have the awareness of what to do to stop someone with a weapon or how to stop multiple attackers. In this class, we will explore and learn the necessary skills to avoid, assert, and defend against knives, guns, and multiple attackers.
