WORKSHOP OVERVIEW: Hearing and trusting the intuition is the most important tool for personal safety. However at this age it is sometimes difficult for young people to hear the voice of intuition. With emotional and life changes happening so quickly, plus the added pressure of their peers, it is important that they tune into that voice and trust it. This workshop helps them to differentiate between the voice of fear, anger, prejudice, self-hatred, and that calming voice of intuition. Hearing and trusting that voice is the only tool that can consistently help them when there is danger. WORKSHOP OUTLINE: Lecture and discussion:

- Using the intuition for safety and life.
- Rehearing the lost voice.
- An infallible tool or a hit and miss feeling
- The Ego?...The intuitions competition.
Activities:
- Knowing the difference between intuition and other learned voices.
- Exercises to inchance and connect to the intuition.
- How to interpret what you know to your intuition
- Activities that help one hear the intuition.
- How to quiet the mind so you can hear the intuition.
WORKSHOP OUTCOME The power of the intuition is verified from countless individuals who have experienced its ability to warn and inform us of dangerous situations in our lives. The intended outcome of this workshop is to explore the concept that intuition is infallible and work on exercises that teach young people how to hear and use it in every aspect of their life. |
