| LECTURE OVERVIEW This lecture is designed to help teens understand, identify, and define sexual harassment. It encourages them to express how harassment makes them feel, and gives them tools to develop options and responses to all types of harassment. Many of the gestures, comments, and actions that young people make could be interpreted as harassment. Unfortunately, many are unaware of the lines that are being crossed. This lack of awareness only adds to the already confusing situations that young men and women find themselves in while interacting with each other. Andre Salvage and Associates, Inc. will help bring awareness to inappropriate actions, explain why it goes unchallenged, and offer tools to stop this behavior. Andre Salvage and Associates, Inc. will present these issues in a safe, non-judgmental way to help both genders realize the inappropriateness of certain types of behavior and provide alternatives to this behavior.
