Workshop Overview This workshop is not only designed to improve your fight and give you the tools needed for your personal safety, but to build courage, confidence and the acceptance of your greatness. This balanced approached to San Soo has helped Master Andre Salvage's students become some of the most effective fighters there are in San Soo. With lessons from the five families of San Soo and techniques that work against any style of fighter, participants are guaranteed to increase their workout capabilities, effectiveness on the street and gain the fearlessness necessary to objectively execute them. These workshops are designed for all belt ranges and Martial Artists from others styles are welcome.Workshop Outline During this workshop you will receive lesson for one or all of the following San Soo families: Tsoi Ga Lessons: Punching and kicking combinations that work against a committed or non committed attack (punch). Li Ga Lessons: Utilizing your opponent's weight, energy and balance against them. Ho Ga Lessons: Throws that are effective on the street, that work regardless of the opponents desire to be thrown or not. Fut Ga Lessons How to be and remain in the moment. Hung Ga Lessons: Breaking multiple bones with minimum but powerful movement. |
