We have all been in a relationship and thought; "I don't have a problem communicating; it is my partner who doesn't know how." When the truth is, we all have trouble connecting, communicating, and understanding our partners at one time or another. This workshop is a fun, yet profound, learning experience on how to truly listen to one another and feel heard at the same time. With demonstration, role play, and safe honest discussion, this workshop allows participants to do the self evaluation, and process interaction necessary to change the unhealthy ways partners communicate.
