Working together and utilizing the strengths you have at your disposal is a proven formula for a successful team. This formula works very well in business as well as personal decisions for growth. I use a model that was developed by Mark Victor Hanson, which demonstrates how to understand people's different personalities and utilize these strengths to work together and successfully complete a task. After learning and using this method in my business and Foundation, I began to see how these same principles can be used to stop and lessen your spiritual "noise," and how these inner voices can work together as a team. This lecture is an eye-opening instructional discussion that will help any business team or Manager successfully achieve their goals. Then we will show you how to use these principles to strengthen your internal unproductive "committee" of voices/feelings, and unify them into a single powerful voice.
