Without a doubt, surrendering is one of the primary acts necessary to begin your Journey. It is also an act that will be required through out your journey. The act of surrendering is to see what you are holding on to and choose to let it go. It is the relinquishing of beliefs, thoughts and feelings that you (falsely believe) have served you so well in the past. This lecture will be an active group participation where we will focus on the feelings and fears of surrendering. If you know the point of surrender and are able to move through it, the reward is peace, freedom and knowledge that it is possible and safe.
