There are three skills every women should know in order to defend herself. The first is the awareness to see and recognize that a potential attack is about to occur, as well as having a safety plan to avoid dangerous situations.

Second, having the assertiveness skills to “bring up” and say something about inappropriate behavior to someone who is “testing the water” to see how far they can get with you.

The third is having the skills to physically stop someone from harming you. These are easy to learn and will stay with you for the rest of your life.

Andre Salvage and Associates, puts these skills together in a way that brings out the confidence, calmness, and peace of mind that every woman is entitled to.

There is something inside us all that manifests because of this program. The ancient warriors of old had it; many great seers had it. Once in a while you will see it in the eyes of a stranger, another woman in the market, or even in a child. There is no fear, no resentment, and no paranoia. Only a peaceful awareness that allows these people walk throughout any city with the confidence that they are safe.

This type of power, this feeling of safely is in us all, but it takes the right teacher, the right information, and the right environment to bring it out.

Come and experience this warrior in you, and know that your spirit, soul and body is safe and at peace.
